This article brings up points about a difference in thought
processes held by different generations as it relates to behavior in the work
place. I agree. There are differences. But they also extend to areas like
education. For example, using traditional settings versus virtual classrooms or
using technology compared to the old way of doing things. There will always be
differences. My hope is that the gap will close.
